Eighteen recordings from the University of Michigan Heart Sound and Murmur Library, one per question. Press play, listen through a few beats, then choose. Work in this order, the way the lecture does: is it in systole (between S1 and S2) or diastole (between S2 and S1)? How long does it last? Is there an extra sound, and where does it fall? Low-pitched sounds (S3, S4, the mitral stenosis rumble) belong to the bell; high-pitched ones (clicks, ejection sounds, opening snaps, regurgitant murmurs) to the diaphragm. Every choice is explained after you answer, and each question links to the listening guide passage that teaches it. The recordings are shortened to twenty seconds and credited on each question.
Answers reveal only after you choose. Your score and a breakdown by objective appear at the end, with a review of everything you missed.
